Delivery & Terms
Delivery
All orders received will be shipped within 48 hours, from Monday to Saturday. Parts are shipped by air mail to the shipping address that the customer chooses when checking out through Paypal. The customer will be responsible for the re-sending charges if there are mistakes on filling in the address or the address is undeliverable.
Please apply the import license for the parts from your country if required. We are not responsible for the custom clearance or any documents for the parts. Also, customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes if applicable.
The normal shipping time from us (Hong Kong) to the customer's country is about 7 - 14 working days. For further details, please check it out on the Delivery Standard of Hong Kong Post.
Shipping & handling charge
The shipping & handling charges are set by the order amount per shipment as shown on the following list. They are the same for orders from different countries provided the address can be deliverable.

For order amount bigger than $ 50, it will be shipped in registered mail.
Non-delivery or transit delays
Since the normal shipping time is around 7-14 days except on the seasons holidays, if the ordered parts can't be received by the time, please send us email quoting the corresponding invoice number within 14 days for our follow up actions.

Order placing:
You can order through ePartGrocer website and email. ePartGrocer accepts orders around the world.
Minimum order:
There is no minimum order.
Large quantities orders:
For large quantities order, please feel free to contact us through email. The email should include the following information:
Your name
Shipping address
Postal code
Phone number
Your account number in UPS or Fedex (Optional)
The item names
The item quantities
If you want to pay through Paypal, please include your email address used in Paypal. We will contact you as soon as possible and give you our best prices.
Payment of large quantity order can also be sent through telex transfer. (Preferable)
Order cancellations:
We usually ship out the ordered items within 24 hours upon the payment is confirmed and the stock quantity is enough. You may cancel the whole or part of your order prior to the shipment by telling us through email. We will refund the payment to you through Paypal. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject your request of order cancellations and/or invoice for any difference in selling price applicable to the quantity dispatched up to the time of cancellation.
If you can't find the item(s) in our site that you really want, please feel free to email us or post the item's description, basic requirements and the quantity needed in the forum. We may be able to source it or offer you some alternatives.
Payments
We accept payment through
Paypal (using an existing Paypal account or credit card if you do not have a Paypal account)
Telex Transfer (for large quantity orders only). Please email us for the details prior to payment
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your ordered items because of physical defects prior to assembling or soldering, please keep the items and the complete package in good and 'as received' condition. Then fill in the form in the acknowledge page on our website, return them with the original package to us at our company address. Return claim should be made within 21 days after you receive it.
Refund or Replacement due to defectives, at the sole discretion of ePartGrocer, will only be made upon receipt of the return and ensuring the defectives per your comment on the acknowledge page. Return freight charge should be prepaid.
